Well Homes programme supports whānau in the Greater Wellington Region who are low-income or hold a Community Services Card, and have children with respiratory conditions, a pregnant or new mother, are working with Child, Youth and Family or Corrections, or whose health is at risk because of cold, damp housing. Warmer Kiwi Homes programme provides grants to owner-occupiers to cover 67% of the cost of installing insulation and/or heating.  In some areas, the Warmer Kiwi Homes grant can be topped up by other funding, further reducing the cost to the homeowner.  Find out more – including if you are eligible – below:
