Our Strategy and Action Plan describes in more detail what targets we are aiming for in order to achieve our goals and how we are doing it. Progress against targets are tracked and the Action Plan is updated on a quarterly basis. The first Strategy and Action Plan was agreed in September 2019, and this was reviewed and updated February 2021. For the February 2021 update, an ‘External Environment’ mapping was done to identify key policy and regulatory changes, research and funding programmes that impact on our work.
